Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days after they have been shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (when available) so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lore & Light is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact lorenlight@proton.me with a description of the issue and photos, if applicable. We will do our best to help resolve the situation.
