Returns & Replacements

We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, email lorenlight@proton.me with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem
  • Your order number (if available)

We'll review your request and work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Because each item is handmade and/or made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or general wear and tear.
